No-Man's-Land After Dark
Time & Location
About the event
Meet at the parking area on Titch Hill at 9.45pm, from where we'll embark on a dusk and night-time foot safari through the South Downs around No-Man's-Land, north of Cissbury Ring. We'll be using a thermal imager and a specialist wildlife-watching torch to spot mammals like Badger and Roe Deer, as well as any hunting owls, and we'll be seeing how many Glow-worms we can spot!
Note that the optional rental binoculars are not night-vision equipment, but can be used to get better views of animals we get under torchlight.
